What is this guy's problem already?? Apparently the driver of this car whose horn is continuously honking and is enough to drive any sane person into a road rager like himself, didn't renew his licence or something and is trying to escape from the cops - but where? Did he forget he's surrounded by cars on all sides? Well guess what. That didn't stop him...
