Lol. The poor guy got dragged out of the shower because his time was up! Three minutes of water is all that is allowed. We didn't get the bag-of-almond-joke until later in a comment. Apparently, "it takes over a gallon of water to grow a single almond" explained a viewer on YouTube. A funny vid which will probably get the point across in regards to the ongoing drought situation in California. The Water Cops are here to 'protect and CONserve'.
