Not that we're experts or anything but... what the hell did Justin Bieber do to his hair? Change it back - stat! That colour seems to wash out his skin tone making it look blah... and bland. Anyways, never mind the song - where was this gorgeous background scenery filmed?? He started off in the video fully clothed but near the end you can see JB in his Calvin Klein underwear - running backwards, in slow motion, into the icy waters of a lake - somewhere in Iceland...
