New mammal discovered by accident

Isn't that how they're usually discovered, lol.  But oh this one is soooo cute! These newly discovered carnivores were stumbled upon by accident - literally (someone almost stepped on one), and are quite fascinating.
They only come out at night and are not only monogamous but their babies are born with fur and "ready to run"!
