Just a bear walking upright like a human

This would freak us out too especially at 5:50 am when this was captured. However, we've noticed there was a second viral vid of what appears to be the same bear walking upright, (which we also included below).  The bear appears to be walking upright out of necessity/adaptation as his right front paw either is injured or missing - we can't really tell...
