On Halloween night, San Diego resident Nathan Brown and his roommates set out several boxes of full-sized candy bars outside their house for trick-or-treaters, Fox 5 reported. They left a note: “Help yourself but please be considerate!” They thought it’d be “fun to see who takes what,” Brown told the television station. And for the most part, the costumed kids took a candy bar or two and moved on. Then came the woman in the rabbit ears, the short, silky dress and, apparently, a hankering for chocolate.
