C.H.I.P. - The World's First $9 Computer Is Almost Here

Four months ago, the crowd-funding amount needed for this C.H.I.P. project, (which stands for "Computer Hardware in Products"), on Kickstarter was $50,000. Now, some $2 million in pledges later, this super-cheap computer will soon be in our pockets!...

Kickstarter Campaign Hydro Hammock

Would you like water IN that hammock sir? Not sure about this 'Hydro Hammock' even though some are saying it's the greatest thing ever invented. The possibilities however, are there for some unique experiences since this design by Benjamin H Frederick, can not only be used as a regular hammock, but also a Hammock Hot Tub, portable hot tub,  liner for sand or snow, a hammock waterBed, or even a swinging pool. The Hydro Hammock already has 70 backers with over $21,000 raised on its Kickstarter site...

RideAir - The Next Generation of Effortless Air Pumps - On Kickstarter

For all you cyclists out there, perhaps this is what you've been waiting for. For those flat tires that always seem to catch you off guard when you least expect it, RideAir comes to the rescue, allowing you to keep on riding. 
This one touch air capsule product lets you inflate your bicycle wheels at a push of a button, yes, it's that simple, and of course, it's refillable! This Israeli Kickstarter-funded company's original pledge of $37,000 goal is already surpassed at $50,626, with 9 days left to go!...



 



 Of course, RideAir has other great applications like helping you inflate lots of other stuff, too.

Blood Sport: The Ultimate in Immersive Gaming

Their intentions were good but unfortunately, their funding for this 'Blood Sport: The Ultimate in Immersive Gaming', has been suspended on Kickstarter
Blood Sport was their creation whereby losing blood playing a game meant losing blood in real life - every time you get hit in the game, blood will be intravenously drawn from your arm and into a medical blood bag. It sounds grotesque, but their ultimate goal was to develop a refined multi-player unit that can be taken across the country for blood donation gaming events....

Quinn Nelson of Snazzy Labs, the honest tech review site, say this wearable device by Logbar is the worst product ever made and "one of the most disastrous product launches of all time". This Kickstarter product, a wearable ring that supposedly lets you control anything, costs $269 to purchase...
