Only in Canada? Eagle tries out for Soccer
Somewhere, last week in North Vancouver, an eagle stopped by to tryout for soccer practice but in the end, he didn't quite make the grade. The North Shore Football Club president, Stuart Ince, was able to capture two-and-a-half minutes of this awesomeness on his phone...
“It was probably one of the most incredible things that I’ve ever seen. Just to be able to be that close..." states Ince. Then he went on to say:
“Just so you know, we actually failed it. It didn’t make the tryout. It was good in the air but it didn’t really have the ball skills we were looking for. It hung onto the ball too long.”

England v Peru: victory by 3 goals and a paper plane (ft. Blair Valentine)
With over 3M views, we'd say this viral vid was a hit when fans at the England-Peru soccer friendly launch a paper airplane flight for the ages...
Highlight of the last game before the World Cup?
Blair Valentine poking Peru's Hansell Riojas square in the head mid-game with a paper plane while sitting in the furthest seat from the pitch. What a game!
