High School Balloon Prom Proposal (Promposal)

Another proposal vid, but this time not for marriage.  This one is for a prom!  It was ok.  Too much kissin' going on and she didn't really seem overly excited as you would expect one to be under such circumstances.  We know, not everyone reacts the same, but when someone goes through all that trouble, we figure the least you can do is ... FAKE it! lol
