The reporter was in for a surprise and probably didn't realize she'd be creating a viral hit when she decided to interview a kid, Noah Ritter from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.  Apparently, he doesn't watch the news cause he's a kid, but he'd sure make a helluva news reporter...
