Bass Caught in Storm Sewer

So this guy aka Kyle TheFishWhisperer, caught apparently a second bass in the storm sewer.  He left the line overnight and next day discovered his catch!  Something is not right with this picture. So are you gonna eat that bass or what Kyle?
