Shia LaBeouf on His Arrest

American actor and director Shia LaBeouf, if you hadn't heard, was arrested in June for causing a disturbance at a Broadway production of "Cabaret." In this viral vid he eplains to Jimmy Kimmel about the arrest as Jimmy asks, "How does one get arrested at the Cabaret.."

... the actor told Jimmy Kimmel on Monday that going to the show was a last-minute decision after a dancer in the show offered him tickets following an afternoon of drinking while watching the World Cup.

"He says, 'Hey, what are you doing tonight?' I was like, 'Well, I'm looking to turn it up a bit! I'm trying to have a good night here,'" he recalled. "'I just got to New York. I'm trying to have a good time!'"
