Aaaw. Isn't it cute!! Look what the Boulder County Sheriff's Deputies in Colorado stumbled upon while they were driving - a Northern Saw Whet Owl who didn't seem to give two hoots! that it was in the way. 
According to Boulder County BOCC, after some curious head twisting (on both sides) it safely flew away...
