So this guy was ranting away on a loudspeaker in Market St. square in St. Andrews, Scotland, preaching anti-gay messages - so loud that you couldn't help but hear him even though everyone pretended not to. Then, along came somebody louder than him - with a bagpipe, who drowned out the hate-preaching ranter like a boss or more fittingly, in the most Scottish way possible, to the bagpipe rendition of Scotland The Brave.
