"If I had my time again, I wouldn't create a 'To Do' list, I'd create a 'To DON'T Do' list," says one elderly woman. 

A very humble video created by Sanctuary, who conducted a survey which resulted in the findings of seventy per cent of British women feeling under pressure to be the “perfect woman”. A feeling we are sure applies to women all over and not just in the UK.  Pressure to be the "perfect mother, the perfect wife, the perfect friend. Pressure to be successful, to be a boss, a leader". Now they're hoping through this viralling vid, younger women will be encouraged to "relax, breathe and let go".
