Er ist wieder da literally translated as "He is here again", but published in English as "Look Who's Back", is a bestselling German satirical novel about Adolf Hitler by Timur Vermes that has been adapted into a German satirical movie of the same name, released back in 2015.  

Adolf Hitler awakens to 21st Germany in a vacant parking lot in Berlin, with no knowledge of anything that happened after 1945. Homeless and destitute, he interprets everything he sees from a Nazi perspective - and although everyone recognizes him, nobody believes that he is Hitler; instead, they think he is either a comedian, or some sort of actor. Netflix will be airing the show on April 9th and now this 2015 subtitled video, courtesy of YouTube channel HumansAreDumb is viralling once again...
