This vid garnered many a skeptics, especially after Jimmy Kimmel revealed that vid "Worst Twerk Fail EVER - Girl Catches Fire" was a prank, but Jason, the guy in the vid, assured everyone it was real. (See CNN's vid-version below).
In this heartwarming video a man wakes from surgery and is unaware that the woman he is talking to is his wife. He says she is the 'most beautiful woman' he has ever seen.
