Sept 4 Groubert traffic stop

Whoa!! A South Carolina state trooper shot at an unarmed driver, who was pulled over for a seat belt violation, and it was all caught on the trooper's dash cam. The driver, Levar Jones was reaching for his driver's licence when the trooper started shooting. Since the incident, the trooper has not only been fired but has now been charged with assault.

As Levar Jones cried in pain waiting for an ambulance, he repeated one question: "Why did you shoot me?" To which Trooper Sean Groubert replied: "Well you dove head first back into your car".
