Everyone is always in a rush, even those pedestrians at traffic lights but what if you could get them to wait by capturing their attention for just a little while? Installed at an intersection in Lisbon, Portugal earlier this summer, this dancing traffic light was created by Smart (the company that developed the Smart car) and although it does not appear to be a permanent installation, nor are there plans to install anymore, they sure make for an entertaining and safe time for those pedestrians at traffic lights who are always in a hurry...
