THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL: "How To Make a Courtesan au Chocolat"

After watching the movie, The Grand Budapest Hotel, one thing probably stood out in your mind - if only you knew how to make that 'courtesan au chocolat' M. Gustave and all the others at The Grand Budapest Hotel enjoyed. The courtesan au chocolat was the pastry from Mendl's bakery in the movie by Wes Anderson. 
Thanks to Anderson's team and the German baker Anemone Müller-Grossmann from Germany who created the courtesan au chocolat for the movie, we are now able to make their legendary pastry too!..
