This mystery creature reminds us of that other 'creature' we posted on here not too long ago of a ribbon worm. As for this strange footage, it was captured in Taiwan recently, by uploader Wei Cheng Jian while fishing in a port in Penghu. He shared the clip to his Facebook page and it then went viral everywhere...
