According to the Ottawa Citizen, the incident happened six months ago – in March 2015 and was released by officials after the clip was shown in an Ottawa courtroom. One of the attackers identified as Terrence Wilson, 24, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily harm. He was fined $13 and sentenced to 60 days in jail. Larmond, also 24, was attacked after he allegedly threatened Wilson for refusing to convert to Islam.
