This shot was taken on Sept 13th morning sometime. It was taken by my husband. It's my understanding that this was the last little bit of water. Unusual? A small amount of water was still spilling through the gate. - Tracy Keelan
Mountain Meadows Reservoir was drained, This is drone footage of the lake. Bellow the dam was thousands of dead and dying fish. This was a beautiful lake and had some of the best large mouth bass fishing in the northern sierras. Video was taken September 20th 2015. This PG&E Reservoir is located just outside Westwood Ca. Indian Ole Road Westwood, CA 96137 The lake is also known as Walker Lake - peat12001
