The Convincer at the University of Hartford (Seat Belt Safety Simulator)

Great idea! Thanks to "The Convincer" at the University of Hartford campus - and the Connecticut State Police, students were able to experience what a "5 MPH car accident" would feel like in the hopes of convincing them to wear their seatbelts. Some were saying 'it hurts so bad'... and that was only at 8 km/h...
