First it was the rope snapping on a catapult ride at another amusement park which we posted last month in July, now it's the Slingshot ride accident at an amusement park - Luna Park in Cap d'Agde, in the south of France. Two people were riding the Slingshot ride when one bungee cord snapped. One woman broke her leg, the man sitting next to her sustained multiple bruises. Thankfully everyone's ok otherwise. The incident was filmed by bystanders watching nearby...
Talk about a close call. These young lads weren't even phased by it. We don't even want to imagine what would have happened if this rope snapped while they were in the air. The ironic part is you can hear the boys' father joking in the background saying, ".. i'll pray for you... the ropes are looking a little frayed."...
