Paying a $212 speeding ticket... with pennies

"Y'all can mail me the receipt too," he says after dumping two buckets full of pennies. He didn't even stick around. We've heard of this before but this is ridiculous, lol. That's a lot of pennies!!...

I'm not a big fan of extortion. I was convicted by a jury for driving 39 in a 30 and was subject to $212 at the barrel of a gun.
