Tornado in South Los Angeles - December 12th, 2014
It was an unusual phenomenon for the folks in Southern California when a small tornado touched down in South Los Angeles. And we mean small, as in EFo small - the smallest category possible, but it was still enough to excite everyone, especially this guy capturing it on camera in this vid...
