Rear of the year? A plastic surgery obsessed man has spent over £45,000 in a bid to sculpt his perfect body.

Joey Prixx, 26, from Boston, USA, has undergone 150 hours of painful surgery to create his ideal body.

The self-confessed plastic surgery addict has undergone 100 cosmetic procedures – with the most recent in April when doctors inserted the
biggest silicone implants possible into his bum – tripling the size of his derriere.
