JAY Z & Beyoncé "RUN"

JAY Z & Beyoncé doing a movie together? Apparently, their fans have launched a petition on Change.org for a movie version after they got all giddy over the four-minute promo,(set to the tune of their duet Part II (On The Run) to promote their upcoming joint tour), was released over the weekend. From scenes reminiscent of Bonnie & Clyde, stars like Sean Penn, Don Cheadle, Jake Gyllenhaal, Blake Lively and Emmy Rossum appeared in the crime-themed short film, in which Beyonce and Jay Z play a gun-toting couple on the run from the police. This should be interesting...

Jay-Z’s arts and culture website Life+Times published the rapper’s 20-minute documentary (which we spotted on EW) that chronicles the behind-the-scenes efforts that went into curating his eight-night concert series at the Barclays Arena. He was the inaugural performer in the newly constructed venue, and the show was his first large-scale concert in his home borough. Jay’s from Marcy Houses. He opened the first show with 1997′s “Where I’m From,” which is also the name of this mini doc that includes clips of Hova on a subway train chatting with riders, rehearsal time, and the team who helped make the massive undertaking possible. Jay-Z: The Power of Our Voice

Jay-Z supporting President Obama...

Gotta vote? Go here: http://OFA.BO/7WVtHh

Jay-Z shares why it is important to exercise your right to vote and how President Obama represents the power of our voice.

As Jay-Z shares:

"For so long, there was this voice that was silenced out there as far as exercising your right to vote. I think it was a voice that was silent because people had lost hope. They didn't believe that their voice mattered or counted."

"Now people are exercising their right, and you are starting to see the power of our vote. He made it mean something for the first time for a lot of people. "
