From one animal rescue to the next... Great rescue! That is some serious mud. And this is one skilled excavator operator. We thank you and the young deer thanks you...
My father in law orchestrated a rescue operation with his cell phone. A skilled excavator operator saves the day by carefully plucking a young deer from the deep, nasty mud.
Whoa. He lifted that poor deer up like it was nothing, but what an emotional ending. The deer turned back as if to say thank-you. Beautiful!...
Deer rescues are always the most intense and rewarding ones, and this one is no exception. We were called out to check a female roe deer who was hit by a car. She had a few deep cuts on her head, so Simon decided to take her back to the hospital. Time is of the essence with deer, as they suffer from capture myopathy, which is a complex disease associated with the capture or handling of any wild animal. A deer can die of capture myopathy when too stressed. For that reason, Emma, our vet, quickly stitched the wounds and rushed back with Simon to where the deer was found. Once in the woods, the deer was struggling to stand up and was showing no will to live. After a lot of effort from Simon to keep her up, she managed to stand on her own, but failed to take her first steps... Watch this emotional video to see if she survived!
At one point, we think the deer finally realized they were trying to help and stopped putting up a struggle - either that or his butt was frozen from being dragged across the frozen lake. Wonder how he ended up that far in the first place?? Great rescue guys!...
We pity the deer and couldn't dare to watch the entire vid but as terrible as it seems, it is the way of nature. A bear was captured on a mobile phone by the homeowners, attacking and killing a deer in their backyard in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The helpless deer could be heard wailing desperately. What is one to do? The shocking vid has now gone viral...
Whoa! The deer ate the bird. Didn't know deer eat birds. Unless this one forgot he's not suppose to be omnivorous? You can see the other birds trying to distract him but unfortunately to no avail. This old vid from 2010 is viralling once again with over 1M views...
Whoa! That deer came flying out of nowhere! Recorded on a Fly6 camera, this biker had a surprise run in with a deer in California, and lived to tell about it. Silas Patlove, the rider, doesn't remember much, but believes his Giro helmet probably saved his life when he landed on his back...
