"Oh, I'm such a happy Chewbacca!" | THE MOM WITH CHEWBACCA MASK VIDEO THAT SHATTERED FACEBOOK LIVE RECORD

A Chewbacca mask with sound, found "on clearance" has shot a Texas mother to internet fame. It's that laughter we tell ya...

The Facebook Live video she broadcast from the store's car park - immediately after purchasing the Chewbacca mask - has broken the record as the most-watched Facebook Live video - ever.

"That's just crazy," Mrs Payne told the BBC. "I'm just laughing - in all honesty, that is ridiculous. I've looked at the number of views and it just seems like someone is just playing with a calculator." It's a big number:

So far, more than 48 million people have watched Payne laugh hysterically as she shows Facebook her new purchase. (Update: As of early Saturday, the video has had 91 million views.)

The last record-breaking Facebook Live video, by the way, was of an exploding watermelon produced by Buzzfeed which came in at little over 10 million views...

Non-toxic Flame Retardant Breakthrough

The video is only 30 secs long but it's enough to convince you. Cockrell School engineers have created a new flame retardant made of polydopamine, a naturally derived and non-toxic chemical, which can be used as a highly effective, water-applied flame retardant for polyurethane foam. And to think it was inspired by a naturally occurring material found in marine mussels! Fascinating!

Researchers at The University of Texas at Austin wanted to replace the often toxic commercial additives found on mattress foams, sofas, car upholstery and many other consumer products - which can accumulate over time in the environment and living animals, including humans...

Fort Worth Dog Train

How cute. Somebody went and build a train to carry all his dogs. He takes them for a ride every day in Fort Worth, TX too. Good for him! Lucky dogs. All aboard the dog train!...

Meet 80-year-old retiree Eugene Bostick. Since he stopped working for a living 15 years ago, he noticed a lot of people abandoning dogs near his house.
So, he did the natural thing and started letting the stray dogs in. He fed them and let them run around on his farm, and even built a train on the back of his tractor to transport eight of them at a time.
Now Eugene takes the animals on adventures in his dog train, which is made from old plastic barrels and carts.

'When he was out I was like I gotta push the rest of him out and grab him and pick him up and I was like what do I do, what do I wrap him in? My shirt is pretty long I will wrap him up in that,' said Lesia.

Baby Josiah and mother are both doing fine...
